Out Of This World

I have taken a trip to outer space! (Ok, only through creating this ATC. )

This ATC was created using rubber stamps from Starving Artist. The combination of the shimmery watercolor paints and background paper reflect a tranquil atmosphere, where taking in the stars and planets can begin. I would love to blast off in this retro rocket!! It is glittery and painted with such fun colors, that are perfect for the destination. The window in the rocket is cut out, so that our little creature, who is bound for “Saturn,” can look out and take in all the glitz and glamour. Does he look like he is having the time of his life? 😉 The planets are clear stickers, and I thought they were pretty realistic for being stickers. The stickers were arranged a little off of the edge of the paper to give the impression that the journey is underway, right in the middle of all the galaxy has to offer. Sounds like fun, doesn’t it? Ready to join the adventure?

About Christy

I am a papercrafter who attempts to view life at a tricycle pace. If you are in a hurry don't ask me for directions. I love making art to swap, especially retro art. Creating is fun, but creating for the purpose of sharing is fulfilling.
