You Know Teddy, Right?

The theme for this ATC is “teddy bears.” You are probably getting to know my art well enough to recognize, that for every theme, I like to add a little spice, a little twist, to allow the mind to see a theme with some dimention. So who could resist using a piece of history to create a teddy bear ATC?
I all began, in November 1902, when Teddy Roosevelt showed some compassion to a bear cub and thus beagn the makings of the teddy bear. Did you notice the little bear sitting on his shoulder? That is a little stamped image positioned just right to give the idea of a forever friend. The bear hood that Roosevelt is wearing was adorned with a tiny button stitched with brown thread.
