Lake Michigan

Walking along the shores of Lake Michigan, I saw the most beautiful sites.  These are a few of my favorites that could actually fit into my pocket.

These 2 rocks had such unique shapes and colors.

The bright white heart is so pure and smooth.  I wish I knew how to safely drill a hole in the top to create a charm for a necklace.

Wouldn’t that be lovely?  (Any tips greatly appreciated)

And the trip was successful upon finding 2 Petoskey Stones.  Oh, what joy!!!  A true rock hound hunts high and low for these stones because of their beautiful markings.

The crystal clear pieces of sea glass were an added bouns and a thrill to add to my Lake Michigan treasures.
